As the golden hues of autumn settle in, I feel the earth slowing down—a gentle pull, a soft whisper in the air calling me back to nature. It’s a sacred time of transition, much like the season of life many of us find ourselves in. The balance of light and dark, growth and rest, takes on a more intimate meaning. On days like this, I gather a small basket and step outside, the ground beneath me crunching with fallen leaves. The wind carries the scent of change, and it feels like the perfect time for a quiet ritual—one that honors the turning of the seasons, both in nature and within ourselves, and connects us to the ancient wisdom that has guided women for generations.
