A Kitchen Sanctuary Ritual to infuse Your Kitchen with Love, Magic and Intent" ✨🌿🔮
Today , in the heart of your cozy kitchen, why not immerse yourself in a ritual that celebrates the essence of mindful cooking by crafting a seasonally relevant, sacred nook or altar reminiscent of a simpler time, where nature's treasures and ancestral kitchen wisdom converge. Picture a shelf or windowsill adorned with an incense holder, gently releasing fragrant tendrils that dance through the air. Nestled beside it, a beloved flower vase, cradling delicate blooms that whisper tales of the earth's abundant beauty. A captivating stone or crystal that you’ve chosen with personal intention, rests nearby, grounding you in the present moment.
Gaze upon a cherished photograph, capturing the essence of a beloved ancestor or revered spiritual guide, their wisdom and guidance ever-present. Or perhaps, a serene statue, embodying tranquility and grace, becomes the focal point of your sacred space.

I have a fuzzy lamb that my mother always kept in her kitchen and I always have fresh seasonal flowers and an incense to match. Right now I’m burning an incense that smells of honey and tonka beans..it’s the sweet musky smell of late summer moving towards autumn. Last month it was a fresh tomato leaf scent!
