As the days shift and the air grows cool, I find comfort in simple rituals—the warmth of the stove, the scent of spices rising with the steam, the quiet joy of stirring something lovely into being. This rose and cinnamon honey syrup is one of those small, beautiful things—a touch of sweetness to soothe the heart, a bit of warmth to carry through the seasons.

Made with fresh rose petals, cinnamon, and raw honey, this syrup is a gentle remedy, perfect for stirring into tea, drizzling over warm porridge, or simply taking by the spoonful when the body and spirit need a little extra care.

Rose & Cinnamon Honey Syrup

Ingredients:

• 2 cups fresh organic rose petals (gently rinsed)

• 2 cinnamon sticks

• 1 cup raw honey

• ½ cup water

Method:
