- 1 teaspoon dried rose petals
- Honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
Instructions:
1. Begin by bringing 2 cups of water to a gentle boil in a small saucepan.
2. As the water warms, delicately measure out the dried herbs into a teapot or heatproof container, allowing your intuition to guide you in creating the perfect blend.
3. Once the water reaches a gentle boil, pour it over the herbs, allowing them to steep for 5-7 minutes.
4. After steeping, strain the tea into your favorite mug, letting the fragrant steam envelop you in its comforting embrace.
5. Sweeten with honey or maple syrup if desired, stirring gently to blend the flavors.
6. Find a cozy nook to settle into, cradling your warm mug in your hands as you sip slowly and savor each rejuvenating sip.
