Ingredients:
1 cup almond milk
1 teaspoon dried chamomile flowers
½ teaspoon culinary lavender buds
1 teaspoon honey (or to taste)
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
Heat the Almond Milk
Place the almond milk in a small saucepan and heat over medium heat until very hot, but not boiling.Add Chamomile and Lavender
Stir in the dried chamomile flowers and lavender buds.Steep
Reduce the heat to low and allow the mixture to steep for 5–6 minutes, ensuring the flavors are infused into the milk.Strain
Strain the almond milk through a fine mesh strainer to remove the chamomile flowers and lavender buds. Pour into a teacup or mug.Sweeten and Flavor
Stir in the honey (or maple syrup) and vanilla extract until well combined.Serve
Enjoy warm as a soothing, floral beverage to relax and unwind.
