Hail and well met, my fellow gardeners, tea and celebration lovers! I am so pleased to announce that I have just published my first note on Substack Notes, and I would love for you to join me there! Substack Notes !
Now, I know what you're thinking - "another social media platform? How can it be any different?" But fear not, my plant-loving friends, for Substack Notes is like no other. I jumped off of Twitter months ago, because I really was very uncomfortable with the way that the platform was headed. This is different..It's a space for us to share all kinds of tidbits - links, short posts, quotes, photos, and more - without the limitations of a newsletter and without the constant politics.
I hope that you’ll come to think of notes as a secret garden where we can plant our work-in-progress and watch it grow, or the perfect space for a quick question that can be answered with a flick of the wand. This is the perfect space for those fleeting thoughts and photos that don't quite fit into a longer piece.
But the magic doesn't stop there!
You too can share your own notes and join in the conversation. Let's create a space where we can share our thoughts, ideas, and interesting quotes from the things we're reading on Substack and beyond.
So come, take my hand, and let's venture into this new world of Substack Notes. Together, we'll weave a tapestry of knowledge, magic, and community that will flourish for seasons to come.
Notes is a new space on Substack for us to share links, short posts, quotes, photos, and more. I plan to use it for things that don’t fit in the newsletter, like work-in-progress or quick questions.
How to join
Head to substack.com/notes or find the “Notes” tab in the Substack app. As a subscriber to The City Wytch Secret Tea Society, you’ll automatically see my notes. Feel free to like, reply, or share them around!
You can also share notes of your own. I hope this becomes a space where every reader of The City Wytch Secret Tea Society can share thoughts, ideas, and interesting quotes from the things we're reading on Substack and beyond.
If you encounter any issues, you can always refer to the Notes FAQ for assistance. Looking forward to seeing you there!
Thanks for the nudge nudge! Hope you will read my posts! It’s scary but I’m doing it!
