Finding Peace within the Fire

Join me for a magical conversation on Tuesday, March the 7th at 7:00 pm EST! It will be hopefully the first of many, a magical evening of tea, healing and conversation. The transition from perimenopause through menopause is often seen as a time of real discomfort and hardship, but I believe it is also a time of rich creativity and fertility. I have personally experienced the transformative power of this stage of life and believe that managing this transition is one-third physical and two-thirds magic.

In reality, perimenopause is a rite of passage, just like the beginning of menstruation. We know from all of our friends and our mothers just how difficult this life change can be. I'd like to suggest that there is another way to look at this significant time by balancing our work and play, looking honestly into our lives , our relationships with ourselves , each other and the larger world around us. I’ll help you take time for yourself during this transition to allow you to ask yourself what your body and spirit want now.

Together, let's embark on a journey towards joy, happiness, and abundance in all aspects of your life, connecting with the rich magic of the earth and her seasons to improve your physical health, spiritual well-being, and emotional balance. We will delve into the topic of “Finding Peace within the Fire.”

We will discuss topics such as nutrition, beauty, love, healing, sex and sensuality, heart-centered work, and living in harmony with the seasons, all while acknowledging the difficulties of the menopausal journey.

We will infuse the whole discussion with the magic of women.

We'll also be creating a super simple but soothing body butter and beginning and ending with a simple Reiki practice that is specifically designed to slow your breathing, cool down the flames and relax your body mind. The Wise Woman Tradition, rooted in Earth-based herbalism and woman-centered values, celebrates the use of local plants and emphasizes the importance of sacred trust, healing, and self-love. Can you hear the whispers of the ancient wise women calling you to gather? Come ready to share, or simply listen and soak in the magic.

Register now at this link to receive the Zoom link and a preview of our discussion topics. Whether you choose to share or simply listen, be prepared to immerse yourself in the magic of the Wise Women Traditions. The Wise Women Traditions are earth and woman centered, embracing local plants, healing practices, living magically, beautifully, full of self-love. This safe and sacred talking circle is for women in all stages of the journey.

The suggested donation for this first event is 5.00.

Also, in this first circle there is room for only 35 participants.
