✨ A beautiful surprise awaited me upon my return from Asheville. My Anise hyssop had bloomed, glorious  purple flowers and a licorice-like sweetness, filled the air all around me. ✨

🌿 Anise hyssop, a versatile herb, holds a special place in my heart for many reasons, but my ultimate delight lies in crafting Hyssop Mint tea. 🍵 Its soothing properties and digestive benefits make it a cherished blend all year round.

To create this enchanting brew, I combine 1 tablespoon each of dried Anise hyssop leaves and flowers, apple mint, Tulsi, and stevia leaf. Placing them in a teapot or large tea ball, I pour in boiled water and let it steep for 5 to 10 minutes. For an added touch of sweetness, I drizzle in some organic raw honey to taste.

I hope that you too will grow some Hyssop of your own and indulge in this sweetly soothing elixir, a potion that nourishes both body and soul. ✨🌿🍵🌸🍯
