It has been quite a week, and here in Ohio, we've been experiencing many days of being enveloped in a woodsmoke haze originating from uncontrollable wildfires in Canada. It's a stark reminder of how interconnected we are, spanning across the world, and how our actions ripple out and affect others we may never meet. While the wildfires may have been sparked by natural causes, the undeniable truth remains that we have mismanaged our natural resources, and now we're witnessing the consequences, even close to home.
Today, the air is less toxic, providing a sense of safety that allows me to venture outside and tend to my little orchard. As the golden sun gracefully dips below the horizon during the twilight hours, a tranquil enchantment fills the atmosphere.
